Challenge Madrid

The 3.8km swim leg takes place 75 Kilometres from the capital in one of the most enchanting and attractive touristic areas of the region of Madrid: Buitrago de Lozoya. The 180km bike leg includes incredible locations in the Madrilenian Sierra, and passes through the famous tour of the mountain passes with the ascents to Canencia, Morcuera and Cotos.

The 42.2km run is five laps and takes in almost all of the Madrid River area (“Madrid Río”). The run will finish with the ascent to the Cuesta de la Vega, before entering the Puerta del Sol in the heart of the city for the incredible finish line.
